Leila Moghadam has a diverse background in recruitment and development, with experience in companies such as Latham & Watkins, Linklaters, Citi, Nomura, and Lehman Brothers. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Associate Recruiting and Trainee Development at Latham & Watkins, Leila has held various senior recruitment roles throughout their career. Leila recently pursued a coaching degree at the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2022.
