Mark Flay

Mark Flay has a diverse work experience in finance and investment. Mark served as the Divisional CFO at Latitude Financial Services, where they were responsible for finance P&L ownership in Australia and New Zealand. Mark also held the role of Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer at Cullen Investments, focusing on international portfolio development. As the CFO at Bendon Group, a global lingerie company, they managed various financial functions and extended their responsibilities to supply chain and IT. Mark's career also includes being a CFO at Cullen Investments and a Finance Manager at the same company. Mark started their professional journey as an Auditor at KPMG New Zealand, leading audits for notable companies.

Mark Flay completed their Bachelor of Management Studies (Honors) degree with a specialization in Accounting from The University of Waikato in 1997. Mark then pursued further education and attained a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1999. In 2018, Mark joined the Institute of Directors in New Zealand to further their professional development and obtained the CMInstD qualification.
