Cassie McDaniel

Cassie McDaniel is a product designer who is currently the Director of Product Design at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Cassie was the Senior Design Manager at Webflow from September 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they co-led the largest product pillar at Webflow with their cross-functional engineering and product management peers. Cassie was also responsible for accountability to successful product launches (from design strategy to usability testing and implementation details) along with building out and mentoring the design team that works to enable everyone to create on the web.

Before joining Webflow, Cassie was the Design Director at Glitch from November 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for both brand and product design during a tumultuous period in the company's history (pandemic, layoffs, etc). Cassie helped to launch a new website with a refined brand strategy, pare down the company's media focus into a stronger product strategy, and build out the company's first product design hires which allowed them to implement more design rigor and product thinking across all teams.

Cassie McDaniel has a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Florida, summa cum laude, in Graphic Design. Cassie also has a Graphic Design degree from the University of Leeds.
