Namaha Jain has a strong background in talent management and program management. Namaha is currently working as a Talent Management Program Manager at Lattice since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at VMware where they held the roles of Program Manager - Talent Management, Development, and Assessments from October 2020 to February 2022, and Instructional Designer from July 2020 to October 2020. Namaha Jain completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Psychology from UC San Diego, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. They then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Psychology (Industrial/Organizational/Consumer) at the University of Southern California from 2019 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, Namaha obtained a 360 Assessment certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in October 2021, followed by a Hogan Assessments - HPI/HDS/MVPI certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in August 2021. Prior to that, they achieved certifications in Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding and Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment from LinkedIn in February 2020 and January 2020, respectively.
