Fabiana Mercure has extensive work experience in the software engineering field, particularly in managerial roles. Currently, they serve as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Lattice, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Dropbox as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from December 2021 to April 2023.

Their longest tenure was at Citrix, where they held multiple positions. From July 2017 to December 2021, they directed the Citrix Endpoint Management Mobile Platform team. In this role, they built a large team and implemented SAFe Agile development practices, resulting in increased productivity and successful collaborations with the Product Management team. Fabiana transitioned development environments to cloud-based platforms and contributed to securing significant contracts.
