Gary Pochron

Gary Pochron has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Gary is currently the VP of Software Engineering at Laudio, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Mural from January to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and optimizing processes for a team of around 300 engineers and leading key strategic initiatives.

Before Mural, Gary was the Director of Software Engineering at Willis Towers Watson from September 2016 to January 2022. Gary played a vital role in scaling the engineering organization from 20 to approximately 200 engineers and led globally distributed groups across multiple teams. Gary also built and led full-stack product development teams and fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
