Pierre-Luc Brunet

Pierre-Luc Brunet has a diverse background in IT and cybersecurity, with over a decade of experience. Pierre-Luc most recently served as the Vice President of IT and Cybersecurity at Laughing Dragon Studios, where they took on a leadership role in managing the company's IT and security operations. Prior to this, Pierre-Luc held the position of IT and Cybersecurity Director at both Blind Ferret and Laughing Dragon Studios. Before transitioning to these roles, they worked as a Red Team member, Pentester, and Ethical hacker at ALTEN Canada, where they performed manual exploitation of web applications and assessed network security. Pierre-Luc also has experience in senior advisory roles, having worked as a Senior Advisor in Cyber Security and Information Security at Yellow Pages/ Pages Jaunes - Canada, and as a Senior Advisor in the Security Operational Center at National Bank of Canada. Earlier in their career, Pierre-Luc gained experience as a Developer at AHSpy and held CEO positions at ZeHosting and ZeStuff, where they managed web hosting, coding, and provided IT consulting services.

Pierre-Luc Brunet attended Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a DES degree. Additionally, they have certification as a DataStax Certified Professional on Apache Cassandra™ from DataStax obtained in 2017 and a PKI & Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) certification from PKI Solutions Inc. obtained in 2015.
