Prior to RetailMeNot, Mohini worked at Travelzoo as the Senior Sales Manager, where they focused on the vacation/holiday business by offering digital solutions to travel providers. Their responsibilities included managing key accounts, publishing targeted campaigns, and achieving revenue goals. Mohini was also part of the global destinations team at Travelzoo. Before Travelzoo, Mohini worked at Infopro Digital as the International Business Development Manager and at Credit Agricole as a Marketing & Communication Assistant.

Mohini's earlier work experience includes serving as an English Professor at the Ministère chargé de l'Éducation nationale after being selected as an English teaching assistant through the French Embassy's teaching assistant program in Washington D.C.

Mohini Lescole attended UCLA from 2003 to 2005 where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at IAE Nice (Graduate School of Management). Later in 2009 to 2010, they attended San Francisco State University where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and International Business. Additionally, in the same year, they also studied at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management and earned a Master's Degree in International Business.
