Paola Vargas, MSHRM

Paola Vargas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Resident Assistant at SUNY New Paltz. In 2016, they joined Year Up, initially as an Operations Coordinator and later as an Interim Recruitment Coordinator and Employment Placement Specialist. In 2019, Paola joined Meero as a Partners Acquisition Coordinator, where they were responsible for HR and recruitment activities. Paola also served as a Customer Success Manager for Meero in the Latin America and North American markets. Currently, Paola is working at Launchmetrics as the Corporate Social Responsibility/Diversity Equity & Inclusion Lead.
