Proposal Estimator And Scheduler

We're excited to announce an upcoming role within our company, and we're searching for the perfect fit right.  We are looking for a Proposal Estimator and scheduler to join our team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Review incoming RFPs, proposal deliverables and first pass of engineering estimate.
• Estimate, strategize and schedule proposals while supporting the proposal leads.
• Meet with team to confirm estimate and deliverables.
• Understand the proposals strategies.
• Be consistent across projects and create strategies for sole-source and bid.
• Track metrics. Understand TIC. Understand client expectations.
• Create estimate and coordinate with internal stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years of technical experience an asset

SKILLS:

• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be capable of interacting with proposal team, client service managers and other team members
