Jocelyne Vassoille

Jocelyne Vassoille currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at VINCI since January 2020. Vassoille is a member of the Supervisory Board at Champagne Laurent-Perrier and has been involved with the International Women's Forum since July 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Global Vice President of Human Resources for the R&I Division at L'Oréal, EVP of Human Resources, Communication & CSR at Vivarte Group, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Parfums Christian Dior. Vassoille also held positions as SVP Human Resources at LVMH and Danone, where roles included SVP Human Resources & Organisation Southern Europe and SVP Global Talent Management. Vassoille holds an education from INSEAD.
