Bindu Cudjoe

Bindu Cudjoe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Inclusion & Equity Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Laurentian Bank, Bindu has previously held positions such as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Canadian Western Bank and multiple roles at BMO Financial Group, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Additionally, Bindu contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and has been a partner at McMillan LLP. Bindu holds an L.L.B. in Law from the University of Toronto, completed in 1999, and attended the General Counsel University from October 2021 to May 2022.
