Jp Hughes

JP Hughes has a diverse work experience in the insurance and banking industry. JP served as the Head of Life at Laya Healthcare, where they were responsible for the development of life strategies and sales and retention of the life business. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Friends First Life Assurance Ltd, where they led the commercial team to achieve significant growth in new business sales. JP also worked as a Wealth Manager at Ulster Bank and held various roles at First Active and BIAM and Bank of Ireland Life, focusing on insurance, investment, and customer service.

JP Hughes completed an Executive Management Development program at Hult Ashridge in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork from 1993 to 1997. JP'searlier education includes attending Douglas Community School, where they successfully completed their Leaving Cert in 1993.
