Glenn W. Johnson

Glenn W. Johnson is a dedicated law enforcement officer with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the law enforcement community and military operations. Currently serving as a Law Enforcement Officer with Layton City Police Department since June 2016, Johnson emphasizes community partnership and ethical service. Johnson has also held the position of Vice President at Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 25, advocating for law enforcement standards and member support. Previously, Johnson directed the CORE Lab at the Naval Postgraduate School, managed international police operations in Afghanistan, and led special operations training for the U.S. military. Johnson possesses a Master’s degree in Defense Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, complemented by multiple diplomas from the Command and General Staff College.
