Arundi Dosini has extensive experience in HR operations, analytics, and organization effectiveness. Arundi currently holds the position of Senior Vice President People Operations at Lazada, managing various HR functions across Indonesia and Thailand. Prior to this, Arundi served as the Head of HR Operations & Analytics at GoTo Financial and Head of Human Resources at PT Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Arundi has a background in architecture, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Indonesia.
