Vivian Liu

Vivian Liu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Organization Development at Lazada since May 2025, Vivian has held key leadership roles at Alibaba Group, including Head of Talent and Leadership Development for Alibaba International in Europe, and Global Talent and Leadership Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Organizational Development and Corporate University at 有赞, Human Resources Director at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Head of Corporate Culture and Global Talent Development at GEELY. Vivian holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Quebec.
