Amit Singh Rawat has extensive experience in the travel and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at LBF Travel, Inc. since May 2013, Amit oversees two call centers with a team of 300 travel professionals dedicated to assisting leisure and business travelers. Prior to this role, Amit was a Training Manager and Training Facilitator at IBM Global Process Services from February 2007 to November 2012, focusing on client success and innovation. Amit holds a B.A. Honours degree in History from Motilal Nehru College, Delhi University, completed in 2006, and attended Chandragupt Morya Sr. Sec School in New Delhi from 1997 to 2003.
