Brad Conrad, CAIA, has a diverse work experience in the investment field. Brad currently serves as the Vice President of Investment Research & Operations at The LCMS Foundation since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Saint Louis University as a Senior Investment Analyst from September 2017 to November 2019. Before joining Saint Louis University, they were an Associate of Investment Consulting at Mercer from April 2015 to September 2017. Brad's early career includes roles at Stifel Financial Corp., where they served as an Alternative Investment Analyst from October 2013 to April 2015, an Exchange Traded Funds Specialist from April 2012 to October 2013, and a New Accounts Technician from May 2009 to April 2012.

Brad Conrad, CAIA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Louis University, which they completed in 2021. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a degree in Finance from Quincy University in 2009. In addition to their education, Conrad has acquired several certifications including the CAIA Charterholder certification from the CAIA Association in May 2015. Brad also holds certifications in Series 3, Series 31, Series 66, and Series 7 (General Sales Representative), obtained in December 2013, November 2013, August 2012, and November 2011, respectively.
