Sukanya Agarwal

Sukanya Agarwal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sukanya is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at LCX since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Hiring Manager at LCX from November 2021 to May 2022. Sukanya also worked as an Assistant HR Manager at LCX from November 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining LCX, Sukanya worked at Parth Global Staffing as a Senior Human Resource Recruiter from March 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they led a team of 5 HR recruiters and had expertise in end-to-end recruitment. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), completing it between 2014 and 2016.
