Tuan le

Tuan Le has extensive work experience in the legal field. Tuan is currently serving as the Head of Legal at LDG Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tuan worked as the Legal Manager at NOVALAND GROUP from March 2019 to February 2022. Tuan has also held positions such as Deputy Manager of Debt Collection at PVcomBank from December 2017 to March 2019, Associate at LuatViet Advocates & Solicitors from December 2016 to November 2017, and Deputy Director of Legal Division at Bao Long Insurance Corporation from November 2015 to November 2016. Additionally, Tuan has worked at PVcomBank as the Head of Debt Collection Unit from October 2012 to October 2015, and at Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB) as a Legal Officer from November 2009 to October 2012.

Tuan Le obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2012, they completed the Lawyer training course at the Judicial Academy. In 2013, they obtained certifications in the Basic course on Securities and Securities Market, as well as in Applicable Laws and Regulation in the Securities Industry, both from The Securities Research and Training Center. In 2016, Tuan Le obtained additional certifications, including Internal Auditor in ISO 9001:2005 from the Centre for Applied Business Management and The Course on Professional Liability Insurance, as well as The Basic course on Non-life Insurance, both from The Insurance Research and Training Center.
