Operations Director at LDV Hospitality

Drew oversees the operations for the American Cut brand, as well as other special projects company-wide. His unique characteristics allow him to execute the day-to-day operations while bringing an old world hospitality approach with a ‘customer first’ mentality.

A native of Philadelphia, Drew has over 15 years of experience; most notably as a Senior Operations Director at Del Frisco’s in Philadelphia – one of the groups highest volume locations in the country.

Drew’s passion comes down to true old-school work ethic, while also imagining to always “act as if Frank Sinatra is in the room.”
