Beth Larson

Director of Programs at Lead Belay

Beth Larson has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of leadership development, sales, design, marketing, and communications. Beth began their career in 1997 as a Project Manager for McGill Multimedia (now Wireless Ronin Technologies). In 1999, they became the Director of Client Services for Type A Learning Agency, where they managed over fifty online, classroom, and ecommerce projects. In 2008, they became the Director of Development for Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, where they wrote all copy for campaigns and correspondence and spearheaded an individual donor fundraising campaign that netted $50K+. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at SEKISUI KYDEX, where they held the roles of designLab® Manager, Marketing Manager, Corporate Communications Specialist, and Executive Administrative Assistant. In 2020, they joined Lead Belay as the Director of Programs, where they lead an entirely remote, peer-based leadership development experience that is backed by science and completely affordable.

Beth Larson obtained their Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield in 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre from Augustana College in 1991.
