Erin Pfeifer, MA, CSPO

Erin Pfeifer, MA, CSPO has over three years of professional experience in product design, product consulting, and leadership development. In 2020, they became a Cofounder of Lead Belay, a peer-based leadership development platform, and Head of Digital Product, leading technical product development for LeadBelay.com. From 2018-2020, they were a Product Consultant at Wildwood Consulting, providing product consulting services to clients such as McDonald's, Abbott Laboratories, and Big Lots!. From 2017-2018, they were a Strategic Product Design Graduate Student at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying user-centered product design and participating in design sprints for real-world companies. Erin also held a role as Senior Marketing Communications Strategist during this time.

Erin Pfeifer, MA, CSPO holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Product Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University. Erin also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2021.
