Amber Cruz, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Amber began their career in 2002 as an HR Assistant at Transfirst. In 2005, they moved to Devereux Cleo Wallace as an HR Manager. Since 2007, they have been employed at Employers Council as a Manager of Human Resource Services and an HR Consultant.

Amber Cruz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained in 2002. In addition, they hold the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), obtained in August 2013. Amber also holds the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the IFEBP, obtained in December 2012, and the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the IFEBP, obtained in January 2012.
