Matias Nygård

Operations Manager at LeadDesk

Matias Nygård started their work experience in 2008 at Elisa as a Sales Representative and later transitioned to a Customer Service Representative. Matias also had occasional duties as a Customer Service Manager. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Technical Advisor at Manpower Group Inc., providing technical assistance to consumer customers of a Finnish teleoperator. At On-Time, they worked as a Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they joined GetJenny as a Technical Support Specialist before moving to LeadDesk in the same role. Matias is currently working as an Operations Manager at LeadDesk.

Matias Nygård earned a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Jyväskylä. Matias attended the university from 2014 to 2019.
