Niilo Huusko started their work experience in 2013 as a Trainee at the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Trainee at Microsoft in the Customer Technical Acceptance department. Following that, they interned at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the Enterprise Services division from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Niilo joined DXC Technology as an Intern. Later that year, they began working at HMD Global as a Consumer Care Operations Specialist, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Niilo is working as a Customer Success Manager at LeadDesk, starting in 2023.
Niilo Huusko completed their education in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management. Niilo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Tampere University of Technology in 2015. Niilo then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the same field at the same university from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, they had the opportunity to study at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, specializing in the School of Accounting and Finance.
