Kenzie Lau-Kwong

Kenzie is a Leaders’ Quest Partner, based in Hong Kong. She has 25 years of experience in organizational and leadership development and, since 2005, has led Leaders’ Quests’ work in China. Previously, Kenzie worked in HR management at Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, Exxon Chemical Asia, and American Express International. She currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University in Canada, and Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital in Hong Kong. Kenzie has a BA in Languages from the University of Hong Kong, and an MA and Ph.D. in Human and Organisation Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
