Cathy Graham has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at The Leadership Institute since March 2008. Prior to this, Cathy held multiple positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, including Executive Assistant, Scheduler, and Office Manager for Congressman Dave Weldon, where responsibilities included scheduling and balancing priorities. Additionally, Cathy contributed as a Staff Assistant to the Judiciary Committee's Constitution Subcommittee, managing office operations and restoring archiving systems. Cathy began their career with an internship at The Heritage Foundation, providing clerical support. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Texas Woman's University in 1993.
