Yan Yan

Yan Yan has over 10 years of professional experience. Yan began their career in 2007 as an AP HR Partner for Integrated Supply Chain at IBM Global Services. In 2012, they joined Novartis as a Senior Leadership Program Leader, where they managed several leadership programs from consultation, design to implementation. Yan was also certified as an HBDI trainer and internal trainer for some leadership training programs. In 2017, they were recognized as a Novartis V&B Gold Award Winner. In 2018, Yan Yan became a Senior Leadership Consultant at Leadership Management International, Inc. and also founded Yi Management Consulting Co., Ltd.

Yan Yan attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor in Human Resource Management. From 2010 to 2011, they attended DRM Psychological Education to study Psychological Application. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, Yan Yan attended International Coach Academy and earned a CPC-Certified Professional Coach.
