Mike McClellan

Mike McClellan is the Owner Director of ThinkingOn, a company specializing in employee engagement and leadership development. Mike also serves as a Team Coach at Leading-Edge, focusing on delivering development solutions that improve performance. With previous experience as a Leadership Development & Employee Engagement Specialist at NFU Mutual and Training Manager at Donaldsons, Mike holds an MSc in Organizational Behaviour and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Additionally, Mike received a Commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and a BSc (hons) in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
