Matthew Blaine

Matthew Blaine has over 22 years of work experience in finance and strategy roles. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Director of Finance at Leaf Home since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Corporate Finance, G&A, Product+Tech at The RealReal from January 2019 to May 2022. From 2016 to 2018, Matthew was the Head of FP&A and Director of Strategy at ODG (Osterhout Design Group). Matthew also worked at Gap Inc/Old Navy as a Finance Director for Global Marketing Effectiveness & Strategic Analytics from 2011 to 2016. Matthew has a diverse background at Gap Inc, where they held positions in Corporate Strategy from 2008 to 2011 and Corporate Finance from 2005 to 2008. Matthew started their career as a Business Valuation Consultant at Columbia Financial Advisors, Inc in 2000.

Matthew Blaine has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Willamette University. Matthew also holds a certification as an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers.
