Sean Loboda

Sean Loboda has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Sean has held various leadership roles at different companies throughout their career. Sean's most recent role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Leaf Home, where they were responsible for overseeing the HR function. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Talent & Human Resources at both Leaf Home and LeafFilter Gutter Protection. From 2014 to 2019, Sean worked at National General Insurance, where they held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Sean also has experience in the recruitment industry, having worked at DW Simpson Global Actuarial & Analytics Recruitment as a Manager and Senior Recruiter. Sean Loboda received their Bachelor's Degree in Management from DePaul University from 2003 to 2007. Sean later pursued a Post-Bac in Pre-Medicine at Cleveland State University from 2010 to 2012.
