Jess Cheng

Jess Cheng is currently the Youth Club Partnerships & Operations at League One Volleyball, focusing on supporting volleyball club directors, developing youth in a "whole athlete" approach, and creating sustainable career paths for women in sports. Prior to this, Jess worked as a Business Operations Manager at Tempo, a connected-fitness startup, and founded Rooo, a Movement Health app. During their time at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Jess held roles as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Planning and an Analyst in Revenue Management. Jess also has experience in investment banking from their time at J.P. Morgan. Jess holds a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
