Jessica Kelley

Jessica Kelley is the Director of Integrated Project Delivery at Merck since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Lean Construction Institute, Project Production Systems Laboratory at UC Berkeley, and Southland Industries. With a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, Jessica has extensive experience in lean construction, project management, and operational excellence. Jessica is known for their leadership roles in national and local organizations, contributing to the development and execution of training programs, industry resources, and projects showcasing Lean Construction successes.
