Boaz Tamir

Boaz Tamir has a diverse work experience, with a background in entrepreneurship, company management, and academia. Boaz is currently the Founder & CEO of their own company, My Record, which they started in 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of ILE - Worldview Ltd. from 2006 to 2009. Boaz also founded Israel Lean Enterprise (ILE) and Lean Global Network. Boaz Tamir has held various roles in different companies, including Montefiore Partners, Paz Oil Industries, Elite Industries, Romold Techn, and Clal Electronics, where they served as an EVP and CFO. Boaz holds a Ph.D. in Political Science & Business Administration from MIT.

Boaz Tamir obtained a PhD in Political Economy and Management from MIT, from 1982 to 1997, and also pursued a PhD in Political Economy & Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, from 1982 to 1987.
