Mohamed Yousif Osman has over a decade of experience in the IT industry, beginning as an intern in software development and later working as an IT technical support specialist, network engineer, IT administrator, and senior IT specialist. During their tenures with various organizations, Mohamed has been responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing servers, virtualized environments, storage, network devices, productivity tools, and databases. Mohamed Yousif has experience installing and configuring Windows and Mac devices and providing technical support to local and branch users.
