Ruba Farah has a long and varied work history. Ruba started out in 2012 as a Business Analyst for Nardello & Co. and then moved to Macquarie Group in 2014 as a Senior Analyst/Executive. In 2017, they were appointed Vice President of Commerzbank AG. Ruba then became a Senior Business Intelligence & Disputes Consultant for Self Employed in 2020. In 2021, they joined 17 Ventures as a Strategic Initatives and Advisory Lead, Finto as Market Expansion & Legal Affairs, and Startgate ME as a Project Manager - Fintech. In 2022, they were appointed Non Executive Board Member of ZainCash.jo and Senior Legal Affairs Advisor of Cognetivity Neurosciences Ltd. Finally, in 2023, they were named Head of Market Expansion & Strategy at Lean Technologies.

Ruba Farah has an extensive educational history. Ruba began their studies in 2005 with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Amman Baccalaureate School in Jordan. Ruba then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Reading, which they completed in 2010. In 2011, they earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from SOAS University of London. In 2016, they earned an AML Diploma from ICA. In 2018, they earned a Certificate in Trade Finance from ICA. In 2020, they earned two Certificates from Wharton Online, one in Global Trends for Business & Society and one in Business Strategies for Social Impact.
