Wendy Sfeir has extensive work experience. Wendy began their career in 2011 as an Employee at the Reginald J. P. Dawson Library. In 2012, they became a Legal for the unit of legal services and protection at UNHCR. In 2015, they worked as a Student at Law for Astell Lachance Du Sablon De Sua. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Lawyer for Robinson Sheppard Shapiro, where they specialized in employment law, civil and commercial litigation, and served as an Articling student. In 2019, they began working at Shorooq Partners as Legal Counsel. Finally, in 2021 they became the People Lead at Lean Technologies, where they currently serve as the Head of People.
Wendy Sfeir has an extensive education history. Wendy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in J.D. from Université de Montréal. Wendy also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a Summer School in Corporate Law and Governance. Additionally, Wendy Sfeir participated in an exchange program at the University of Geneva, where they studied International Relations and Affairs. Wendy also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and International Law from Université de Montréal. Wendy Sfeir also holds certifications in How to manage a remote team from Coursera (2021), Introduction to psychology from Coursera (2020), and Venture Deals from Kauffman Fellows (2019).
