Grace Yoon is Head of Strategic Partnerships & Community Impact at Rockefeller Capital Management. She is a member of the firm's Management Committee. As Head of Strategic Partnerships & Community Impact for the firm, Grace is responsible for deepening client relationships and elevating client engagement for the Rockefeller Global Family Office. In this role, Grace is focused on enhancing the overall client experience, including engagement with women and next-generation family members, and advising families on Financial Education, Lifestyle & Impact advisory solutions for clients. She is also responsible for curating and managing key relationships with strategic partners and is Chair of the Rockefeller Next Gen Advisory Council. Prior to her current role, Grace was Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, and previously Chief Marketing Officer for the firm. Grace joined Rockefeller in March 2018 as Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Advisory and Head of Strategic Initiatives. Before joining Rockefeller, Grace was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, leading a group responsible for delivering "One Firm" to the firm's institutional and investment banking clients. Prior to that, Grace spent a number of years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in investment banking and equity capital markets and was a Director in Investor Relations for Merrill Lynch during the financial crisis. Grace earned a B.A. in Economics from Brown University, an M.B.A. in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. She is an inaugural member of Phillips Exeter Academy Women’s Leadership Circle and is a volunteer instructor for Girls Who Code. Grace was recognized in Crain's Notable Women in Financial Advice in 2020, and in Crain’s inaugural Notable Diverse Leaders in Banking and Finance in 2022.
