Jan Weydringer

Jan Weydringer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jan is currently working as the COO at LeanLinking, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant starting in May 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Expert Procurement at McKinsey & Company. Before that, Jan worked at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2019, initially as an Associate and Engagement Manager from 2005 to 2008, and later as an Associate Principal from 2008 to 2019. Jan also has experience working at Bugatti as the Head of procurement and purchasing manager for power train and chassis from 2002 to 2005, and at Volkswagen as a Purchasing Manager from 1999 to 2005.

Jan Weydringer completed their Abitur from Rudolf-Steiner-Schule Dortmund between 1978 and 1991. Jan then pursued their higher education at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieur).
