Iva Vasileva

Iva Vasileva has a diverse work experience. Iva started their career in 2014 as a Project Manager and Head of Talent Management at AIESEC Sofia UNWE. In 2018, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contractor) at BISAM, a FactSet Company. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at PFG Bulgaria Ltd. in various roles, including Senior Technical Recruitment Advisor, Technical Recruitment Advisor, and Technical Recruitment Trainee. Currently, they are a Senior Associate, Employee Experience and Strategy and Sales Operations Analyst at Leanplum (a CleverTap company). Additionally, they are an Associate Recruiter at Leanplum, where they are responsible for proactively searching and approaching people, creating/editing/publishing job ads, and interviewing candidates.
