Camilo M. is currently a Lean Expert at SGS PRODUCTIVITY by Leansis, where Camilo focuses on improving company productivity through waste reduction and process optimization. Prior to this, Camilo worked as a Manager at Ice One Technology S.L., where Camilo was involved in the development of the IONotice app and client acquisition. Camilo also served as the Industrialization and Maintenance Responsible at Fagor Electrodomésticos and Lean Manager at Megatech Industries, S.L., overseeing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Camilo held various roles at Faurecia, including Production System Efficiency Plant Responsible, Lean Production and Logistics Expert, Production System Efficiency Coordinator, and Process and Plant Engineer, where Camilo spearheaded continuous improvement efforts in a JIT/JIS plant setting.
