Edward Rafipay CEng MIMechE

Edward Rafipay has extensive work experience in various engineering roles.

Edward began their career at Cavendish Nuclear as a Mechanical Engineer in September 2009 and worked there until October 2012.

In November 2012, they joined Proserv as an Engineering Team Lead and stayed in that role until November 2014.

Edward then joined National Oilwell Varco as a Lead Engineer in November 2014 and worked there until September 2019.

From September 2019 to February 2022, they worked at Leap Automation as a Lead Robotics Engineer. In February 2022, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Engineering, which they held until their most recent role.

Edward is currently the Director at Arctos Technologies, a position they have held since May 2023.

Edward Rafipay completed their education at the University of Bath from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
