Leonard Mielke

Leonard Mielke has been working in the talent acquisition field since 2017. Leonard began their career at Takeaway.com as a Working Student HR/Recruiting, then progressed to Fleet Recruiter and Senior Fleet Recruiter. In 2021, they moved to Enpal GmbH, where they assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Manager and Tech Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are employed at Leapsome as a Talent Acquisition Managerin.

Leonard Mielke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Sociology from the University of Potsdam between 2014 and 2020.
