Jesper Lykking

Jesper Lykking is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development across various industries, including technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for UKI and International Markets at Leapwork since June 2019, Jesper employs MEDDIC methodologies to drive results. Previous roles include Senior Customer Success Manager for UK&I at Leapwork, Technical Business Director for Brand Strategy and Consumer Engagement at Action Europe, and various positions at Sony Mobile Communications, where responsibilities ranged from leading global CRM implementation to business development with major UK clients. Jesper's career also includes significant tenure at Ericsson and in product management roles at Metric Industrial A/S and Danish Micro Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Business Engineering from DTU and a Post-Graduate Executive degree in Strategic Marketing from CIM.
