Kelly Palmer

Kelly Palmer serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on innovative approaches to affordable and accessible education. In parallel, Kelly holds a position as a Board Member at Education Design Lab, advocating for human-centered educational solutions. As a keynote speaker and author, Kelly co-wrote "The Expertise Economy," addressing the urgency of upskilling the workforce.
