Courtney McCall

Courtney McCall has a diverse work experience. Starting as a Sales Associate at The Children's Place and then at Coach, they transitioned into education as a Teacher-6th Grade Language Arts at Seminole County Public Schools. Following this, they held various roles at The Center for Educational Innovation before taking on positions at Learning Ally, first as a Learning Solutions Manager and then as the National Director of Enterprise Learning. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Change Manager at Slalom before returning to Learning Ally as the Director of Learning and Talent Development.

Courtney McCall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida in 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online in 2022, Change Management Specialist from Management & Strategy Institute in 2021, and Facilitative Leadership Certification from New York University in 2013.
