Gary West

Gary West has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gary began their career in the British Army as part of the Royal Corps of Signals from 1988 to 2012. Following their military service, they worked at Bridgend College as a Part-Time Lecturer and Cert Ed Student from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined MPCT - Motivational Preparation College for Training, where they held various roles, including Quality Performance Manager, Training and Development Manager, and Head of Quality and Policy until 2022. During this time, they also worked as a Research Fellow at The Education and Training Foundation from 2016 to 2017, conducting research in induction curricula. Currently, they are the Head of Quality (Academies) at Learning Curve Group starting from 2022.
