Sharron Helmke

Sharron Helmke, Ed.D., currently serves as Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Learning Forward, a position held since December 2014. Helmke has a robust background in educational leadership, having previously worked as a Vice President and Senior Consultant within the same organization. In addition to roles at Learning Forward, Helmke has been the Coordinator of Instructional Coaching at Clear Creek ISD since July 2014, where responsibilities include developing coaching support plans and collaborating with various coordinators to implement professional learning programs for PK-12 coaches. Prior experiences include serving as ELAR Program Coordinator K-12 at Klein ISD, focusing on instructional coaching and professional development, and as an instructional coach at Katy ISD, where support was provided to teachers to enhance classroom instruction. Helmke holds a Doctor of Education in Transformational Educational Leadership from the University of New England, alongside a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas.
