Alex Cabon

Alex Cabon has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alex currently serves as the Head of Sales at Learnlight, where they collaborate with different departments to design solutions for professionals, leads and coaches a remote team, and ensures business performance is optimized.

Previously, Alex was the Co-Founder and CEO of SYNAPSE, a company that helps business owners increase their sales and develop sales leadership programs. Alex also worked as a Consultant for Partnerships at The Family, focusing on creating online experiences for the startup community.

Alex was the Co-Founder and CEO of SkillXchange, where they aimed to create a community of AIESEC Alumni and promote skill exchange. However, the initiative did not gain enough traction.

Before that, Alex held the role of Business Development Consultant at Digigram, where they assisted in assessing the Latin American market and conducting global market research. Alex also founded and served as the CEO of UDA Partnership, where they delivered sales and provided coaching services.

Additionally, Alex has experience as a Groups Development and Coordinator at SBDG - Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica dos Grupos, a Professor in MBA Leadership and Human Resources at Faculdade Laboro, and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AIESEC Brasilia. Alex also worked as an MBA Professor in Human Resources and Coaching at Centro Universitário IESB.

Alex Cabon has a diverse education history. In 2005, they obtained a Masters degree in Business and Engineering from Télécom SudParis, which they completed in 2009. During that year, they also pursued a Masters degree in International Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2018, Alex completed courses in High Impact Presentations, Negotiation, and the DCC Course at Dale Carnegie Training. Additionally, they obtained coaching certifications in fields such as finance, business, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness from Febracis Coaching. In 2020, Alex received a Master Coaching diploma in Neuroscience from Florida Christian University. Prior to these endeavors, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Maths Physics Engineering after earning the BACALAUREAT MENTION TRÈS BIEN from Jean Perrin in 2003. Furthermore, Alex has obtained several certifications, including Platinium Partner and Leadership Academy from Tony Robbins, Master Coach Integral Sistémico from Febracis Coaching, Business Mastery and Mastery University from Tony Robbins Mastery University, and Strengths-Based Coach from CAPP Center Applied Positive Psychology.
